Avocado Oil is one of my favorite oils to use.
I use it on grilled veggies, in salads, drizzled over pop corn & in low temp cooking.
It has an excellent smooth taste that's light yes rich in flavor.
Low in saturated fats, and high in monounsaturated fats.
My favorite is the Greek (not shown) since it's perfect for salads, cucumbers and marinading.
My second favorite is the Ranch made with Avocado Oil. It's very creamy and "ranchy" I use it on my salad and to dip veggies in. It's excellent on a spicy taco salad, it sort of calms down the spice.
The Honey Mustard is excellent for a chicken breast marinade or on salad. Really good drizzled over poached salmon.
