Along with this 3 day cleanse Belicious included a 3 day meal plan with recipes and everything. The plan is free of dairy, gluten and soy and it's very easy to follow. If you find you are super busy you can substitute one or more meals for a 1/2-1 cup of raw, no salt-added nuts or seeds.
To get the most out of this Belicious cleanse you should be free of sugar (including juice), alcohol and caffeine for the three days. If you are like me and can't live or function without your caffeine then limit yourself to one small cup of black coffee or green/black tea per day.

It is so simple to take on hikes and camp trips. Super easy to toss into your purse or car. With Belicious you don't have to suffer through another busy day where you can't find the time to stop and eat. I hate running around and working hard but feeling blah and sick to my tummy because of lack of nutrition. Now that Belicious is in my life I will never have another one of "those days".
