Nocciolata Cinnamon Tortillas
In the morning for a breakfast treat on the weekends my man makes tasty cinnamon tortillas. He warms the tortilla in a pan on the stove with a bit of butter and kind of toasts the tortilla a bit. Once the tortilla is warm he smears a layer of Nocciolata all over the tortilla and then rolls it up. After it's all rolled up he plates it and sprinkles a generous amount of cinnamon sugar over the top.
It's fantastic and a winner with the kids. Nocciolata Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa & Milk is organic, non-GMO, Kosher certified, and gluten free.
Dolcedì’ can be used any way you would use traditional table sugar or honey and in the same proportions; one teaspoon of sugar (4g) equals one teaspoon of Dolcedì’ (4g). Its neutral flavor enhances the taste of food and drinks without altering them. Dolcedì’ is also highly soluble in both cold and hot drinks and can be enjoyed with pancakes, on yogurt, in fruit salad, and in baking.
